About the Human Capital Foundation
 The Human Capital Foundation is an international organization that provides support for local NGOs and develops direct assistance programs to help children orphaned by AIDS and living in extreme poverty in developing countries. HCI is a 501c3 tax exempt charitable organization in the U.S., and licensed non-governmental organization (NGO) in Ethiopia.
